[Bug-gnupod] Passthrough tags on file conversion?

hi all,

got my iPod mini a couple of months ago, and have been using gnupod tons,
and love it.  although it took me a while to figure out why my iPod got
wiped every time i connected to XP iTunes (stupid autosync was wiping
everything, and i couldn't import into iTunes because everything was
converted to ogg)

i do have one suggestion, namely passing through some vorbis comment tags
into id3 tags.  examples would be year (very useful for generating 80s/90s
song playlists that are installed by default on the iPod), and gain values
(i use vorbisgain, and converting to mp3, and then having to run mp3gain
again is very time consuming).

or maybe this feature exists and i'm just missing it.
