OK.  Here are some revised patches with decent changelogs.

gcc-3.3-manual-001.patch:

2003-04-06  Simon Law  <address@hidden>

        * doc/bugreport.texi, extend.texi, invoke.texi, objc.texi: 
        Fixed paragraph breaking between sections.  This is in
        preparation for TeXinfo's paragraph indentation fixes.

        * doc/gconv.texi: Wrap 'gconv' in @command{}

        * doc/invoke.texi: Write a preamble for @node Darwin Options

gcc-3.3-manual-002.patch:

2003-04-06  James A. Morrison <address@hidden>

        * doc/invoke.texi: Eliminate extra white-space caused by
        @gccoptlist{ on its own line.

        * doc/invoke.texi: Ensured there are two spaces between each option.

        * doc/invoke.texi: Re-wrapped option lines that were too wide.
        Added @gol to options that didn't have them.
