 Since I doubt anyone is getting to this today, I'll post everything I
have to gcc-patches and CC here, so people can get the stuff before it
is applied upstream, tonight.  I think Simon agreed to hold off on
pdflatex until after the Using GCC manual is out, so that is fun for
later.  Since I'll send what I have tonight, hopefully they should
be upstream in a few days.

 Would people like me to post a pdf with these patches?
