I tried that address and got "URL Not Found". However, 
http://www.csclub.uwaterloo.ca/~ja2morri/gcc.???.pdf still worked.

Jim - which is the most up-to-date address to use?

When the tasks get a little more vaired, I may set it up and see if
people take to using it.
