[Bug-gnupress] Back-cover text for Using GCC manual

Dear doc volunteers,


I need to start writing the text for the back cover of the Using GCC
manual.  Since I am not a programmer, I could use some suggestions on
what items I should be sure to mention.

Also, please let me know if there is anything that you feel is a
specific strong point of this manual that you noticed during the
editing process.
