Summary: hardcoded fonts in gorm inspectors

Original Submission: In the NSBox and NSPanel/NSWindow inspectors the
NSTextField for entering the title has its font hardcoded to something that
only has latin characters. This problem may occur elsewhere in the inspectors,
but I haven't tested.

This might effect internationalization.
