Summary:  Crash in toolbar

Original Submission:  When opening a file with a toolbar program crashes. 
Backtrace indicates the problem is in NSWindow setToolbar. Seems to occur with 
the second or third window that is opened with openUntitledDocument

I have reproduced this bug and I think I will be able to have it fixed soon.
