Details:

Well I think that the definition of RunLoopEventType in NSRunLoop.h is broken
if the environment isn't with mingw.

Actual code :

    ET_HANDLE,
#else
    ET_RDESC,   /* Watch for descriptor becoming readable.      */
    ET_WDESC,   /* Watch for descriptor becoming writeable.     */

>From the test I have done the , after ET_RPORT will make an error at build
time if MINGW isn't defined.
