[bug #14317] Failing in building the gnustep-gui

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #14317 (project gnustep):

You are correct that bug reports on make_services are very common in GNUstep.
But normally this is just because make_services is the first GNUstep tool
being run after compiling GNUstep. So most errors here jsut indicate that
something went wrong somewhere in the installation of GNUstep.
Interestingly most of these problems can be resolved by recompiling the whole
of GNUstep from scratch, which hints at there being a problem of mixed
versions of GNUstep base and gui.
Could you please try exactly this, make distclean on all of GNUstep and then
a clean recompile? Please report any problem you have inbetween. If the
original problem persists we will need detailed information of your operating
system. On most OS GS_PASS_ARGUMENTS should not be used.
