Thanks ... which 'csh' are you using ?
Eg, here "tcsh 6.12.00 (Astron)" on a RedHat 9 seems to be working for me.
Can you send me the output of 'env' in csh and of 'set' in sh after you
source the GNUstep.csh/GNUstep.sh scripts ?
Do you see any error message when you source GNUstep.csh ?
