Follow-up Comment #7, bug #25534 (project gnustep):

when I change GSBackHandlesWindowDecorations, then the beginning looks like
this:

I also recognized, when I right click on the dock icon, then not the usual
"Unhide here", "Hide", "Set Icon...", menu appears, but instead a second PC
application menu appears on the screen, releasing the mouse button, makes it
disappear. Trying to moving the ordinary PC application menu lets it
disappearing, and now on subsequent startups, I do not even see the
application menu anymore.
