Details:

I noticed this outside of gorm, but there is an easy way to reproduce it in
gorm.

create a new gorm file,
drop about 3 NSTextFields on the window,
connect each NSTextField together in a responder chain, by connecting the
nextKeyView.
with the last text field pointing to the first

document->test interface
then select a textfield, and hit tab a bunch of times,
after a bit the text field will get stuck while changing to the next
responder for a long period of time before actually switching to the next
responder.
