Follow-up Comment #1, bug #28862 (project gnustep):
Most likely you have all this projects and libraries installed, but not the
corresponding-dev packages. When compiling GNUstep needs the headers and
linker libraries for these projects. These wont be used any more in the
compiled version.
I also realize that you are working on Mac OS X 10.6. What are you trying to
do? As far as I am aware compiling GNUstep on 10.6 is currently broken, even
the base Additions wont work due to a problem with the new libobjc that Apple
uses. You may be able to compile everything using MacPorts
http://www.macports.org/ports.php?by=name&substr=gnustep, but I haven't tried
this.
