Update of bug #29708 (project gnustep):
Status: None => Ready For Test

Follow-up Comment #2:
Fixed in r31199.
The cause was the fact that clicking on a menu item in the Win32 menu happens
outside of the GNUstep NSApplication runloop, so we need to do:
[[NSApp mainMenu] update];
[[NSApp servicesMenu] update];
manually.
