Gorm 1.2.12 bug on vista

Hi,

Gorm 1.2.12

Don’t start on vista after install all GNUstep and library. I have an Error : this application has failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I re-install without succecded. It is vista problem or what? May be the Gorm can’t operating on windows vista ?
