Status: None => Fixed
Open/Closed: Open => In Test

Follow-up Comment #1:
I'm guessing this is only html files generated by texi2html, not all generated
html?
I had a quick look and found that in 2009 the behavior of texi2html changed to
generate files in a subdirectory and gnustep-make was altered to look for the
generated files there … but it seems that now the behavior has reverted to
the original one (generating the html files in the same directory as the
source) so gnustep-make is no longer finding them.
I changed the make file to look in the source directory again, but also to
check for the presence of a file in the subdirectory when generating the html,
and move the html from the subdirectory to the main directory at that point.
This won't clean existing files in subdirectories, but should fix the problem
for all new html generated by texi2html.
Please try it and let me know if this is what you meant.
