Langpacks script

Hi developers

The 'IceCatTranslate.py' script (at rows from #157 to #186) fills the
xpi's 'about' data with this (default values in english at rows
#181-182):

mod = orig + '"\nem:description="Modified by Leonardo Gastón De Luca '\ 
'for GNU IceCat. "\nem:homepageURL="http://leorockway.com.ar/icecat";>'

This removes the homepageURL of the langpack author/creator/translator
(in a not so kindly way, i think) substituting it with the above URL,
which points to a (it seems) unmantained webpage...


So, I suggest to modify the script (maybe a new 0.2 release?) in
order to:
- keep the author/creator/translator URL
- have credits to Leonardo
- specify the Gnuzilla langpacks page URL

It could be this way:

mod = orig + '"\nem:description="This Mozilla's Language Pack '\
'has been rebranded for GNU Icecat using the IceCatTranslate.py '\
'script originally written by Leonardo Gastón De Luca '\
'(http://leorockway.com.ar). GNU Icecat rebranded Language Pack '\
'are available from http://gnuzilla.gnu.org/download/langpacks/";>'

More, the script has some translations of the 'about' infos (the
if-elif-else structure at rows from #157 to #186...): i think it would
be better providing the more translations as possible or, simply, keep
just the english one.

Anyway, the italian translation for the 'about' infos i suggest maybe:

mod = orig + '"\nem:description="Questo Language Pack proveniente '\
'da Mozilla è stato adattato per GNU Icecat per mezzo dello script '\
'IceCatTranslate.py originariamente scritto da Leonardo Gastón '\
'De Luca (http://leorockway.com.ar). I Language Pack adattati per '\
'GNU Icecat sono disponibili da '\
'http://gnuzilla.gnu.org/download/langpacks/";>'
