To install use the .deb packages (recommended):
https://launchpad.net/~gnuzilla-team/+archive/ppa
or the tar.gz install files: 
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gnuzilla/

(langpacks for 3.6 are coming... anyway you might use the
IceCatTranslate-0.1.py script to generate ones...
