[Bug-gnuzilla] IceCat 7 requires libnotify1, but it isn't present in Ubuntu 11.10 repositories

Hi everyone,

I have recently installed Ubuntu 11.10 on a computer from scratch. When
I was trying to install IceCat 7 from the repository at Launchpad,
apt-get complained about it being dependent on libnotify1, which isn't
present in Ubuntu 11.10's ("oneiric") repositories. The problem can be
solved by manually installing libnotify1 from Ubuntu Natty repositories,
but a better idea would probably be to change the dependencies of the
"icecat" package from libnotify1 to libnotify4, if possible.
