This is BLAG's fault, not IceCat's fault.
BLAG 140k is based on Fedora 14, which is horribly out of date; it
hasn't been supported upstream for almost 3 years. IceCat 5 is based
on Firefox 5, which also hasn't been supported for about 3 years.
Personally, I'd recommend you don't use BLAG 140k. If you must have an
RPM-based system, you might want to try freeing a Fedora system with
Freed-ora. For most users, though, I'd recommend Trisquel.
