It isn't. Newer IceCat versions used a Bazaar repository, I can't find
any files there now. I have removed the link from the directory.
Are the gnu.org/s/gnuzilla and sv.gnu.org/p/gnuzilla pages still
canonical resources for IceCat, or are there different ones now?
