Hallo!
I don't know if this is correct or of help, but it seems during the
compilation process the file src/debian/config/locales.all is compared
against src/browser/locales/shipped-locales. In the latter file the
locale 'az' is mentioned, but there is no description of it in the first
mentioned file. Could this be somehow the reason for the error?
