[bug-grep] Patch discussion

I didn't realize that there was another discussion going on the patch
page. Is it possible to link that page with this list? I.e.,
comments posted to the patch page are forwarded to this list? (either
manually or automatically)

It would also help to have a page that lists:
- patches that are unofficially accepted (so that new patches are built on
top of these)
- patches currently under review
- high priority bugs seeking a patch for the next release
- low priority identified bugs that we are aware of but should not be
working on at the moment.

We can probably use the existing bug/patch pages by priority-coding them.
