I suggest the following minor change to groff.texi (relative to a
recent snapshot) to change the category in the Texinfo dir file --
I've been trying to rationalize these categories per rms's suggestions
to use the Free Software Directory where possible.
I couldn't actually find the right category in the FSD for typesetting
programs, aka general-purpose document writing systems. There's a
`Word processing' category, but I shudder to call groff (or TeX) a
``word processor''. So I'm cc-ing bug-directory to suggest creating a
Typesetting subcategory under the top-level `Text creation and
manipulation'.
BTW, instead of repeating the same Top node for @ifinfo and @ifhtml,
maybe use @ifnottex ...
Let me know if questions or problems.
Thanks,
karl (Texinfo maintainer)
