DESCRIPTION OF INCORRECT BEHAVIOUR OR INPUT FORMATTING:

  Full stop (.) used instead of a comma (,) as a decimal separator
(decimal point).

  In most languages in Europe comma is used, except by those users that
have brainwashed themself with american English, and have still not
returned to the writing they learned in primary/grade school.

  No right margin adjustment for lines that have long words.

  Manuals (man-pages) should generally not be adjusted to the right
margin.  Use '.ad l' at the beginning.
