  Changes:

  A full stop (.), that starts or ends a string, protected with \&

  Two spaces between sentences.  Better is to start each sentence on a
new line.

  Corrected glyph-name "\lh" to '\[lh]'

  - changed to \- if it means an option

  Added left margin adjustment for section SEE ALSO
