groff_hdtbl.man: Some changes in the manual

COMMAND LINE:

DESCRIPTION OF INCORRECT BEHAVIOUR OR FAULTY INPUT (SOURCE):

  Changes:

  Space at end of lines removed

  - changed to \- if it means an option

  Added constant width font Courier for (examples of) tables

  Changed \| between number and unit (inches) to \~ (is better than '\ '
(no space))

  Added check for enough line space for a table on the same page (for
troff)
