Re: VSTa-FS patch

So I've checked in the patch for VSTa filesystem support with some
modification. I mainly modified the files to let them conform to the
GNU standard style. Other changes are described in ChangeLog. One
problem is that there are two warnings when compiling "fsys_vstafs.c":

../../stage2/fsys_vstafs.c: In function `vstafs_read':
../../stage2/fsys_vstafs.c:189: warning: declaration of `a' shadows global 
declaration
../../stage2/fsys_vstafs.c:191: warning: declaration of `curr_ext' shadows 
global declaration

As I don't know much about the internal, I didn't fix them, but I bet
that they should be fixed, instead of ignoring them.
