I get a GRUB Loading stage2... then nothing

Hi,

Please help me!!!
I use IBM X342 server, 3*18.2G Harddisks(Raid 4), system Redhat 7.2

I got two "Yellow ligths" of two of my harddisks, the system told me, one 
disk was "offline" and the other was "defunct"

After I rebuilt the raid, I restarted the computer, there was a message 
"GRUB Loading stage2... " displayed on the scrren. It seems the computer was 
dead, I can never type any key from the keyboard
