Yeah I realized I missed something when I already sent the mail.
Here it is the code you're asking:
grub.conf
[code]
timeout 30
default 0
#splashimage=(hd0,7)/grub/splash.xpm.gz
title Gentoo GNU/Linux (+fb +splash)
root (hd0,7)
kernel (hd0,7)/bzImage root=/dev/hda9 vga=0x317
video=vesafb:ywrap,mtrr
initrd /boot/initrd-livecd-2004.1-1024x768
# For booting Windows NT or Windows95
title Windows 2000
rootnoverify (hd0,0)
makeactive
chainloader +1
[/code]
as you can see I've already tried to comment out the slash image I've
done by myself but nothing has changed at all
The partition of /dev/hda is
hda1 (hd0,0) primary fat32 [about 10 GB]
hda3 (hd0,2) primary fat32 [about 1 GB]
hda5 (hd0,4) logical ext2 [about 2 GB] [note: to be deleted]
hda6 (hd0,5) logical linux swap [about 1 GB]
hda7 (hd0,6) logical ext3 [about 10 GB]
hda8 (hd0,7) logical ext3 [about 100 MB] [note: this is the boot part]
hda9 (hd0,8) logical ext3 [about 10 GB]
hda10 (hd0,9) logical fat32 [about 5 GB]
The other disk I've got is /dev/hdb, with 2 fat32 partitions for data
storing... nothing else.

I must thank you for what you're doing, I was asking myself if I was the
only recieving that amount of spam. Currently I've deleted the whole
bunch of trash mails, I'll send you privately if I find some other, if
you wish.
Thanks again in advance,
