By chance did you read the notices on the website before posting your
message? Yoshi will probably comment on this as well, but as it
happens we are not planning to continue any new support for
GRUB-Legacy.

If you want to work out how to install the driver from the latest
Etherboot kit, please do so, there might also be others are who are
interested, I do not know. But according to the site, we are not
continuing support for this design of GRUB, we have since moved to
GRUB2.
