Hi,
I have a bootable CD and normal ISO9660 data CD , both has linux on it.
I don't have the BIOS password and hence cannot change the bios
startup options.
1) Is there any way to boot the CD from grub command line ?
I'm going to upload a mother's day preview version of Super Grub Disk
http://adrian15.raulete.net/grub/
floppy which has the BOOT FROM CDROM option thanks to:
Smart Boot Manager and MemDisk.
You can also search for "the all in 1 floppy" on google.
2) Can i access the data in ISO9660 from grub command line ?
If you make a grub cd or burn it and you boot from it...
you can access the data of the cd beginning files with (cd).
Let's say cat (cd)/ and pressing TABULATOR key.
If you do not boot from the cdrom you cannot access to its files.
