OPTION 1:
Get Super Grub Disk.
Super Grub Disk (With Help)
Boot & Tools
Boot Hard Disk (MBR)
If the USB hard disk does not appear there that means that BIOS does not 
offer it to grub so you are not lucky.

You might need to run EASY LIVE SWAP option (Found in the first menu) 
before chainloading to the usb disk... in the 3% of the situations.


OPTION 2:
Wait/Pay for someone to implement usb functionality in grub2.
