When I hit "next" in
<http://www.gnu.org/software/grub/manual/html_node/History.html#History>,
which is 1.2, it goes to 1.4, skipping 1.3.
"previous" in 1.3 gets you to 1.4. What's up?
Following "next" links from 1.1, we go 1.1 -> 1.2 -> 1.4 -> 1.3 -> 1.5
The Table of contents describes section 1 somewhat differently from
section 1's outline.
