Details:

After reinstalling Windows after Ubuntu, I did an instructions how to restore
grub from here. Everything seems to be fine, I see the menu I saw before
reinstall Windows. I can load Windows, but I can't - Ubuntu. I see only this:

Gave up waiting for root device. Common problems:
  - Boot args (cat /proc/cmdline)
   - Check rootdelay= (did the system wait long enough?)
   - Check root= (did the system wait for the right device?)
  - Missing modules (cat /proc/modules; ls /dev)
ALERT! /dev/disk/by-uuid/fd5669df-6e92-4a12-az95-e1b926d4a35b does not exist.
Dropping to a shell!
