[Bug-gsl] make install error

Hi,
I am trying to 'make install' gsl-1.6 on a Mac OSX.3 and am getting the 
following error message:

make  check-TESTS
dyld: ./test can't open library: /usr/local/lib/libgslcblas.0.dylib  
(No such file or directory, errno = 2)
FAIL: test
