[Bug-gsl] Question on sys/coerce.c

In version 1.11, there are 3 functions defined in sys/coerce.c: 
gsl_coerce_double, gsl_coerce_float, and gsl_coerce_long_double.  Only 
the first one is referenced in the GSL itself and none of them is 
documented. 

Perhaps the latter 2 should be removed.
