Hi,
There is a problem in gsl_movstat.h which prevents it from being compiled
using a c++ compiler.
This is due to a clash in naming, where the delete keyword is used in the
header file.
This was previously raised at :
https://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/help-gsl/2018-08/msg00002.html
But I think the file still appears to be unchanged?
