Currently the default backend is cairo. The others backends are not
maintained. So, these options are unnecessary. Especially
"--with-name=" who changes the name of the backend. I have read
the documentation. And according with this, if you change the
backend's name, you should setup the variable GSBackend with
the new name. Setting this variable all works perfectly. But don't worry,
these options are not necessary. The user only needs these to test
modified backends.
