[bug-gsrc] GSRC Release blocker: GnuPG 2.1.1

I would normally be scheduled to make a quarterly release of GSRC this
weekend but I've run into some difficulty with the latest GnuPG (2.1.1).
It seems to not work properly for verifying package signatures in GSRC.
I've checked this by comparing it with previous versions, to confirm
that the old versions do, indeed, work fine.  They do.

Could anyone else please confirm that using gpg 2.1.1 breaks sig
checking for them?

In any case, I'll hold off on releasing the GSRC snapshot until I figure
out a workaround.  I need to more systematically test everything.  In
the end, I might just have to revert GnuPG to the last working version
(I think 2.1.0 worked, but today to be safe I tested with 2.0.26).
