[bug-gtypist] Can't Navigate Between Excercises With Non-English Keyboar

Hi,

I just started using GNU Typist to learn how to type in Russian
because it supports creating my own lessons. I really like the program
but there is one really annoying thing about it.

Whenever I finish an exercise, it says:

Press R to repeat, N for next exercise or E to exit

Since I just typed the exercise in Russian, I have to switch my
keyboard layout back to English and hit N and then the next exercise
begins but I can't start typing until I switch my keyboard layout back
to Russian.

It would be nice if either I could just press the same locations as
the English keys which would be these characters:

R -> К
N -> Т
E -> У

Or if the dialog asked for Russian keys for whatever words mean
repeat, next or exit in Russian. Sorry, I don't know what those might
be as I just started learning Russian but since all the other
instructions in the ru.typ file are in Russian, it seems odd that this
part is in English.

Thank you for your work on this program and for reading. I figured it
would be an easier change for someone already familiar with the
program to make but please let me know if no one is interested in
fixing this and I will attempt to patch it myself. I just have no
prior experience programming to handle Russian input in C.

Thanks,
