It is not gnunet itself, but, if I remember correctly, openldap, that is used by some other package, used by libextractor, used by gnunet. Or some other dependency chain. There are quite a few more packages with partially written recipes on my hard disk now, I just submitted the completed patches.

Not sure. Under debian, it is simply "db", or "libdb5.1". But I do not mind using "bdb" instead.
