While looking for mirrors at
<http://tug.org/texlive/acquire-netinstall.html>, I noticed that mirrors
usually have a slightly older version–e.g.,
<http://osl.ugr.es/CTAN/systems/texlive/Source/texlive-20120628-source.tar.xz>.
Perhaps we should just stick to tug.org.
