This one is because Andreas and I both added ‘intltool’, in different
locations. :-) I think Andreas plans to merge them.

Fixed in f594028.

“Unbound variable” warnings are harmful in general, except those
regarding GnuTLS in guix/build/download.scm.
We should look into making them fatal somehow.
