bug#15442: guix FTBFS

Ok, I figured it out ... you were right:
My guile-2.0-libs package was somehow corrupted/not correctly installed.
So running guile showed some errors ...

After fixing this issue by purging the package and reinstalling it I can
run make install successfully...
