What you’re seeing here is the error return by bind(2) while trying to
bind the listening socket to /var/guix/daemon-socket/socket.
guix-daemon doesn’t try to interpret the error in any way, it just shows
you what the OS reported.

So I’m not sure there’s really an issue here.
