You didn't ask a good question.

For starters, you didn't mention whether you are looking for the sources
for gzip so you can build your own binary (in which case, the answer is
a definitive yes, there is a mirror that provides gzip sources, which
are the same for both 32-bit and 64-bit machines), or whether you are
looking for a pre-built gzip for your choice of operating system (in
which case the answer is probably, but without telling us your operating
system, we don't know for sure).

Next, notice that I just gave two accurate answers ("definitive yes" or
"probably") to the literal question you asked ("is there a mirror"), but
that they were equally as vague as your question.  If you want to know
the location of a mirror, rather than just whether such a mirror exists,
you should have asked a smarter question, such as "Can you give me a URL
to a mirror for the gzip sources?", which I can then answer with
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/gzip/, or even point you to the list of
mirrors at https://www.gnu.org/prep/ftp.html

Additionally, your subject line has almost no bearing on your situation.
 Expanding your subject into a 5 or 6 word phrase summarizing your
question would help draw readers into actually opening your email for
the rest of your question.
