difference in files

Hi,

I hope you can support in the below question.
How can it be that I have 2 files, when they zipped the size is different 
between both of them and when they unzipped the size is the same?
When they zipped the sizes are:
1000905 and 1001143
When they both are unzipped the size is 26812160 for both of them.
