Missing pseudo-languages in po/LINGUAS

Section 13.4.2 of the GNU gettext manual
(http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/gettext.html#po_002fLINGUAS)
recommends that packages include the address@hidden and address@hidden
"languages" in their po/LINGUAS file.  Given that, I think those
should be added to hello's po/LINGUAS file unless there's a good
reason not to add them.  The version of GNU hello in CVS doesn't have
them.
