ANNOUNCE: Hurd on L4 project setup at Savannah

Hi folks,

Just this announcement, then discussion will move to l4-hurd.

I created a homepage for the Hurd on L4 project at savannah.gnu.org. The
page contains a roadmap, useful links, and some design materials for the
project.

In addition to the homepage, I created a skeleton within the project CVS
so that there is a place to start collaborating on code. I also checked
in a few bits culled from some of the Dresden papers on L4.

Please check it out of you are interested! Send me your username for
savannah.gnu.org if you would like to be added to the project.
